Morning Shake
Simple. Yes, applesauce.
Blend in blender. Enjoy.
- 1 cup plain yoghourt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 cups milk (soy/rice/cow/goat/...)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 TS vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of any other fruit (peach, pear, berries, etc.)
Blend in blender. Enjoy.
